Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged and typically ship within 1-2 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• U.S. Domestic Shipping
  Standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2–5 business days.
  Priority Mail is available at checkout, usually 2–3 business days.

• International Shipping
  Available to select countries. Shipping times vary by location (usually 2–4 weeks).
  Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Delays & Tracking

Please note: once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or customs delays.
You can always track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email, or by logging in and clicking on "Orders" from the user menu.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days (U.S.) / 45 days (international), please contact us at greg@tideswept.com so we can make it right.
